Bookings
Booking your activity at Wildwoodz Outdoor Adventure Park in advance is essential to avoid disappointment
Please note: Our online booking system has booking deadlines which can sometimes be overruled by our office staff. If you can’t book online, please ring us.
Decide a day when you want to visit and ring us on 01381 622 220 to check availability. If we have spaces we will pencil you in there and then. At this stage you have made an ENQUIRY an are not yet booked in.
To turn your enquiry into a BOOKING, a deposit of £10 per head or full payment is required. You will not have made a booking until payments are received, and so it is best to do this as far in advance as you can, especially during busy season. Whilst it is always worth ringing us to see if we still have available spaces last minute, if you leave it too long those spaces may go, as it’s a first to make payment secures the spaces. Payments can be made by credit or debit card and are subject to cancellation terms.
Please note: Corporate and School bookings can book by email acceptance of invoice and terms. Ring and ask us!
Turn up on the day. You should arrive promptly at your booked start time so as not to cut short your session or inconvenience other bookings.
We are proud of our venue and the experience we offer. If you are unsure of your choice of venue or have been promised ‘cheap’ experiences elsewhere, we highly recommend that you call the booking office and arrange to come for a visit, we will be happy to show you around.
